Do you remember Apple’s settlement over the iPhone 4 antenna issues, the one announced last month? Well, many iPhone 4 users are now being issued notices with instructions on how to claim their $15 settlement. You are able to claim your $15 only if you haven’t exchanged your device or opted for the free bumper case. If you are noticing problems with your call connectivity or you’re still having reception issues than you can still claim a bumper case to fix your problems by clicking here.
So, if you no-longer own an iPhone 4 and had connectivity issues while you owned it, you also can claim $15. It’s an extra fifteen bucks, why not take it? If you experienced any of the problems indicated below, you’re legible for the bumper or cash.
Apple will provide a $15 cash payment to Class Members who send in a valid claim form. The claim form will require you to declare that you: (a) experienced antenna or reception issues with your iPhone 4; (b) were unable to return your iPhone 4 without incurring any costs; (c) were unwilling to use a case or free bumper for your iPhone 4; and (d) completed certain troubleshooting steps or are unable to complete the troubleshooting steps because you no longer own your iPhone 4.
Those wanting $15 will have until August 28th, 2012 to grab the cash. For more dates and deadlines you can check out the deadlines page.
To file a claim check out this form right here. Basic information regarding your name and address will be requested. You can also request a bumper case too by going to this page. Please note you are limited to one cash payment or one bumper case. Additional requests could void your whole transaction, so don’t attempt to trick the system.
