G-Connect Wireless iOS Storage Device Review

G-Technology has released an interesting new product, its called the G-Connect. They are known for production of multiple external storage devices, but the G-connect is actually an introduction device to all iOS devices. I’ve used external storage for my laptop using a G-Technology product for years, I am in love with their products. If iOS storage works the same way I would hands down say this product is well worth the money. So lets get into the full features and specs of the storage device.

Features/Overview:

G-Connect provides 500 GB worth of space on its wireless hard disk. You can connect to the hard drive using the G-technology application and access your music, video, documents, or other forms of media. Five devices at once can access the content, so all your family could connect to the media available.

Devices can either connect via Wi-fi or use the USB ports for a wired connection. Even computers can access the data if they have the correct application (MAC) or program (PC). Three HD movies or five regular quality movies can be played during the same time among devices connected.

Thats it for the hardware features. The ‘box’ itself is a shiny white with the G-Technology logo atop. Three lights on the device will light up alerting of the power, status, and Wi-fi.

Purchasing Decision:

If you need extra storage on your device than this is a no-brainer. 500 GB worth of data can store an unbelievable amount of content, and would be hard to fill up. Users could have 75,000 songs at 5.00 MB each and still have a small amount of room to spare.

The cost is a measly $200. For the various types of uses that you can find, such as with your iOS devices and computers, I would think this is perfect. You can purchase one today on Amazon for $189 if you act fast.

Awesome! Really like where this site is going! I wouldn’t be surprised if in a year this site became like TechnoBuffalo. Great job!
