First before you begin the jailbreak process ensure that you have the latest version of iTunes installed. Than you can download your correct version of Seas0nPass:

Now you can begin the jailbreak process. All the pictures provided are taken from the official Firecore website.

Step 1. After you download and unzip the SeasonPass folder, tap on the Seasonpass program.

Step 2. Click on the ‘Create IPSW’ button. The IPSW for the Apple 2G 5.0 will then be downloaded onto you computer and unzipped. This will take quite a few minutes depending on your internet speed.

Step 3. When you are prompted , connect your Apple TV to the computer using your mini-USB cable. Make sure your power cable is disconnected.

Now, when the light on your Apple TV begins to flash rapidly grab your Apple TV remote and hold the MENU + PLAY/PAUSE button down for around 7 seconds.
