MountainLionCenter is an iPad cydia tweak that works to turn your Notification Center into an OS X style Notification Center rather than the current iPhone/iPad style center. So if your not aware, the OS X operating system displays the center to the right side of the screen, not up top. So this tweak will allow you to swipe to the left to prompt the notification center outwards.
The new right slide-out notification center works anywhere within iOS. You can be within an application or just on your springboard, it will work fine. The only note is that you must be on iOS 5.1 or above.
