Spigen SGP’s latest screen protector, the Steinheil Series, works great with the iPad 2 and 3. As far as quality goes with screen protectors, this is my favorite protector for the iPad. For one, it stops all fingerprints. Even after weeks of using it I am yet to find a fingerprint on the screen. Its the perfect fit for me, I despise fingerprints highly.
For the most part, the iPads glossy screen is still shown off with full effect. Some blogs have complained about a rainbow-colored distortion, but I am yet to see the issue.
When applying the screen protector ensure there isn’t any dust particles flying around. Its best to apply the protector in a humid area, such as a steamy bathroom. If dust hits the sticky side of the protector, it will not come off. For the air bubbles just use a credit card to wipe them off the display.
You can purchase this screen protector on Amazon for $24.99! Many of the bad rumors were due to the adhesive peeling off on the first batch of produced protectors. This problem has since fixed and you’re assured a great lasting product.
